This is a recipe that I developed after craving something sweet and with banana flavor that wasn't bread. I hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 liquid cups banana puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups of oats
1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups unsweetened dried cranberries
1  cups raisins
1 cup dried cranberries

How you do it:

1.- Pre-heat the oven at 350 (175 for some).
2.- In a bowl, add the oats and the oil, mix and add the coconut, cranberries and raisins. Mix well add the banana puree and mix until everything is incorporated.
3.- Let the mix rest for 15-20 minutes.
4.- Pour into mold and make sure all is leveled. If baking in pie or 8x8, bake for 35 minutes rotating halfway through baking. If baking cookies, bake for 10-14 minutes rotating halfway through baking until golden. They will not run or extend.
5.- Let cool, enjoy.
