Pecan Crusted Salmon

 What you need:

4 salmon filets
2 Tbs dijon mustard
3 Tbs maple syrup
½ cup crushed pecans
½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
2 Tbs melted butter
2 Tbs chopped parsley

How To:

Pre-heat oven at 400 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix together the mustard and the syrup, slader it on the salmon.
Mix the remaining ingredients on a bowl and pat onto salmon.
Bake for 15 mins.
Enjoy.
*Can use chicken if you wish to.
